The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is in the centre of the city. It is also close to the train station and the palace, making it easy to explore the city's attractions. The rooms are spacious and clean, with modern design style. The staffs are friendly and offer great service. The breakfast is amazing with a variety of options. The facilities, such as the swimming pool and the kids club, are well-maintained and enjoyable.

The soundproofing in the rooms is weak, making it possible to hear noises from neighboring rooms or loud guests.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Silk Path Grand. The hotel's location, though not in the center, was conveniently close to the train station, making it easy for me to explore the surrounding area. The room itself was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the swimming pool and garden area, where I could relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, offering a wide variety of dishes. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, I highly recommend Silk Path Grand for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Hue.

Spent xmas at this hotel and enjoyed the Christmas dinner and live music. the pool was great for a morning swim and there was always someone to help with towels. the gym had a good range of equipment. the location was good, only a short walk to the train station and shopping area.

The room was not properly cleaned, and the housekeeping team did not respond to our requests to fix the issue. the breakfast offered limited options.

Despite the rain, the hotel provided us with large umbrellas, allowing us to enjoy the sights. The restaurant impressed us with its delicious Vietnamese and Western cuisine, while the spacious and well-equipped rooms made for a comfortable stay. The gym and foosball table provided entertainment on rainy days, and the spa was a clean and affordable treat.

This hotel was an oasis of luxury and comfort surrounded by lush greenery. the service was superb, from the attentive staff to the private facilities. the outdoor swimming pool was a perfect place to relax and the Spa center provided exquisite massage and beauty treatments. the leisure room was a great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. the restaurant offered a delightful continental breakfast, In-room breakfast, and Special diet menus. the Poolside snack bar served delicious treats.

The only minor issue we experienced was weak soundproofing. the walls were thin and the noise from other guests could be heard, especially with children running in the hallway.
