Breakfast by the pool, nice ambience. Boutique stay in old town, away from crowds. Separate building for breakfast, indoor/outdoor seating, good range/quality of food. Attentive staff, no problem getting table at 9am. Comfortable bed, no noise from road. Porters helpful with taxis/luggage. Gardens pretty, possible revisit. Close to old town and market, easy walking. Lovely grounds, facade details, hammocks. Friendly helpful staff. Nicely designed colonial style, spacious room with tall ceiling and fan. Delicious a la carte breakfast, try Hoi An noodle soup! Ideal location, right at the edge of pedestrian area in ancient town.

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices, appropriate furnishings, and basic amenities. The location is perfect, just around the corner from the bustling centre of Hoi An, situated around a beautiful lush garden. The staff is lovely and friendly, and the breakfast comes included and with fresh fruit juice made to order.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the room on the second floor was nice and spacious, with comfortable beds. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the old city and offers easy access to the river. the breakfast served in the hotel's restaurant was delicious, with a great selection of food including tasty pho.

We loved the charming atmosphere and location of this budget-friendly hotel. The evenings in the garden were especially delightful, as we enjoyed drinks and friendly conversations with fellow guests. The hotel's close proximity to the daily markets, just a short 400-meter walk away, made it easy for us to explore the local culture. The restaurant, with its relaxed yet stylish ambiance, provided a great dining experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom and helpful staff attending to our needs. Breakfast was enjoyable, especially the fresh coffee and made-to-order omelettes. We also appreciated the hotel's eco-friendly initiative of refilling our water bottles.

There were some safety concerns with the slippery marble pool deck and shower floor.

The hotel's location was great as it was a short walk from everything which made getting around a breeze. We were given complimentary drinks upon arrival which was a nice touch. the staff were courteous and welcoming.

The hotel was not up to our expectations as the rooms were old and cramped. the bathroom was outdated and could have really used an upgrade.

As young holiday goers, we loved that the hotel was within walking distance from the old town, but still in a quiet area. The convenience shop next door was a bonus for late-night snacks. The yard with hammocks and a pool table was a great place to relax. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options, including a pho/pancake/omelette station, fresh fruit, and pastries. The balcony was a perfect spot to unwind with a view of the yard. Although we didn't use it, the pool looked inviting and private, and we appreciated having bicycles available for exploring beyond the old town area.

Staying at Ha An was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I entered the garden setting, I was greeted by two lovely ladies in traditional attire, who welcomed me by name and presented me with a thoughtful gift. The check-in process was smooth, accompanied by a refreshing welcome drink and cool towel. My room, with its fresh flowers and petals on the bed, was well-appointed and immaculately clean. The garden view from my upstairs room was breathtaking. The entire staff, from the front desk to the cleaning team, was friendly and always ready to assist. The hotel's manager was exceptional, being both hands-on and attentive. The food offered through room service was reasonably priced, and the quality matched that of the local restaurants. Safety was a top priority, and I felt secure throughout my stay. The overall experience at Ha An Hotel was so remarkable that I will definitely recommend it to others.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable, just a short walk to the old town and the market. the hotel grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, with lovely facade details and even hammocks to relax in. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist.

The hotel could use some renovations and a deep clean. the bathroom had signs of mold and rust, and the mattress cover needed attention.

Lovely spacious rooms with ceiling fans, friendly staff, adequate breakfast, great location just outside the old town , central courtyard setting.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The location was fantastic for exploring central Hoi An, with easy walking access to the old town. The complimentary cycles provided were a bonus, allowing us to explore the area even more. The breakfast served at the hotel was the best we had during our entire trip in Vietnam. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The swimming pool and grounds were great, and our kids had a blast playing the outdoor pool table. we highly recommend this hotel, especially for a 4-night stay.

The hotel was in an excellent location, right in the heart of the old town. the staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, even surprising us with a special cake for our 25th Wedding Anniversary. the room was spacious and filled with natural light. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including a cooked-to-order hot breakfast. We would definitely stay at Ha An again when we return to this charming town.

From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty by the staff at Ha An Hotel. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink and had a lovely chat with the hotel manager. Our room was beautifully furnished and had a stunning view of the tropical garden. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast in the open-air dining room was delightful. our stay was one of the most delightful hotel experiences we've had. We highly recommend this hotel.
