During my stay at a hotel in Hoi An, the service was exceptional. The staff at Hai Yen Hotel went above and beyond to assist me, even when I accidentally left my work phone behind. They took it upon themselves to track it down and return it to me promptly. The hotel's location was also very convenient, just a short 10-minute walk from the old quarter. I found the surrounding area to be filled with great bars, food places, and coffee shops at half the price compared to the old quarter. Additionally, the price of the hotel was surprisingly affordable.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is very close to the old town of Hoi An. This allowed me to easily explore and experience the charm of the city. the hotel is also in proximity to An Bang beach, allowing me to enjoy the sun and sand. The room I stayed in had a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom, providing a pleasant stay.

The Hai Yen Hotel in Hoi An is a great value with a funky art deco style similar to what you'd find in Miami Beach. The pool and lounging area is spacious and clean, perfect for relaxing. The staff, including Helen, Landa, Tyna, and Ann. We received excellent customer service from them. The hotel is also conveniently located, just a 15-minute walk to the walking streets and markets.
