Abundant breakfast choices, though no fresh juice. Newer bungalows are recommended. Efficient service, ample security.

We had an incident happen during our stay, and the hotel staff at Hai Duong Intourco Resort went above and beyond to help us. They were extremely supportive and assisted us with everything we needed, including contacting the local authorities. We felt well taken care of and grateful for their assistance. Additionally, the sea view from the resort was absolutely stunning, and the beach was quiet and serene. The location may be a bit far from the city center, but a short taxi ride was all it took to reach the bars and other attractions. Our room was comfortable and clean, with daily bed changes and fresh fruit provided. The nearby Lotte mart was convenient for any additional needs. we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect. It is situated directly on the beach, just steps away from the ocean. The view from our room was breathtaking, with the waves crashing right in front of our balcony during high tide. It truly felt like we were living with the sea.

Although everything was generally fine, one aspect that could be improved is the policy regarding checking the state of furniture and appliances in the rooms. It can be a bit awkward if something gets damaged and the responsibility falls on the guests to pay for it.

The location of the resort is fantastic, right by the beach and in a very quiet area. You can enjoy the beautiful beach just a few steps from your room and there is even a nice pool close to the beach as well. You can easily visit nearby sightseeing places and the beach is perfect for a relaxing day.

The staff could improve their English language skills to better assist foreign guests.

Additionally, the clean and comfortable rooms provided everything we needed, including the option of having two beds. this hotel offers great value for money and I look forward to returning in the future.

We recently went on a romantic escape and enjoyed the beautiful scenery on the coast. the atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. We loved being able to have a room with a view of the sea.

That the noise from the wind was quite loud at times, which could be disturbing for light sleepers. the breakfast service could have been extended for a little longer in the morning.
