The slide, the pool, the kayaks, and the spring roll competition were great fun! Our room on the 3rd floor was super luxe. the showers and baths were a highlight. Oh, and they surprised us with a birthday cake, even though we didn't tell them it was our birthday! Such a nice touch. And I must say, the bicycle tour on the 2-night cruise was really scenic. Can't wait to go back! 😉

Recently enjoyed a delightful two-day experience at Capella Cruise. Exceptional service, gourmet food, and activities were highlights. Upgrading to a suite was worth it for added luxuries and attentive staff like our butler Alex. Well-organized activities provided the right balance of relaxation and exploration, topped off by stunning bay views and exclusive cave excursions. Tom and the team's kindness enhanced our stay, making it truly memorable.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The service here was outstanding! the staff, especially Tom, Chris, and Lynn, were not only very warm and friendly but also very attentive. They made sure every moment, from our arrival to departure, was smooth and enjoyable. the activities were well-planned, keeping us entertained without feeling rushed. the views of Bai Tu Long Bay were simply breathtaking, especially during the cave exploration early in the morning - no waiting in lines!

One thing to consider improving could be to provide more recreation activities for guests who prefer more things to do during their stay. offering more dinner options instead of a set menu could cater to different tastes and preferences, enhancing the dining experience overall.

We had an unforgettable experience on our cruise with Capella. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. the food was amazing, the activities were fun, and the tour to Cat Ba Island with May as our guide was both informative and enjoyable. the spa services were also top-notch. the boat itself was new and the facilities were lovely. the attention to detail and the family-like atmosphere created by the crew made us feel truly special. Special thanks to Chris and May for their outstanding service. We can't wait to return one day soon!
