The room was incredibly comfortable and modern, with high-end linens that made the bed a dream to sleep in. the location was fantastic, with plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants, as well as easy access to public transportation.

The hotel lacked basic facilities, such as a restaurant or pool. however, the positives of our stay greatly outweighed this minor negative.

Lovely staff, helpful with baggage, laundry, taxi, and recommendations. Clean, new, spacious room with good beds, WiFi, and comfortable armchairs. Great location, near cafes and attractions. Reception staff concerned and helpful when we had to go to the hospital with our baby.

The hotel is conveniently located near the market and the lake, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean. The friendly and helpful staff provide great recommendations for exploring the area. The hotel offers all the necessary amenities, including a bakery nearby and many restaurants to choose from. it's a great place to stay in Dalat.

There is construction going on next to the hotel, which can be a bit noisy in the mornings.

The young man at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to the day and night markets. I also appreciated the nearby bakery and restaurant for delicious breakfast and snacks.
