Hang My Hanoi is a great value for money hotel, located right in the center of the old quarter, close to Hoan Kiem lake. The staff is attentive to detail, and the rooms are spacious, with 2 queen beds. My room was on the first floor with two windows looking over a quiet alley and it was a peaceful stay. The peanut butter at breakfast was a nice touch.

The family suite was perfect and I would definitely return here for future visits to Vietnam.

Got some complimentary fruits and bottled water. the hotel was conveniently located near local shops and dining options. the staff was friendly and accommodating when we needed to book a cab to the airport.

There were pests in the room which ruined the romantic mood of our escape. the bathroom was not properly cleaned, with old towels and a smelly sink drain.
