We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing fast replies to our requests. The location of this hotel was excellent, situated in the heart of the old town quarters. We were just a short walk away from attractions such as the Hoan Kiem lake, the Thang Long Water Puppet Theater, and the Dong Xuan Market. Additionally, there were numerous good restaurants and street foods nearby. We also appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and the varied breakfast buffet offered.

One guest mentioned that the beds in the hotel are quite hard, which may not be suitable for those who prefer softer mattresses.

I had a great value for the money I spent at Amanda. The room was clean and comfortable, just what I needed. Friendly and attentive staff who were always happy to help and offered great advice on local attractions. the location was fabulous, close to all the major sights and attractions. the room was spacious and had good amenities. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. We enjoyed our comfortable stay!

The noise level was a bit of an issue at times as the walls were not very soundproof. We could hear some street noise, but it didn't affect our sleeping.

This hotel is great value for money and the staff is friendly. They don't push hard to organize a tour for you like any other guesthouse in Hanoi. The location of the hotel is excellent as it is within easy walking distance to many sites of interest such as the Cathedral, Hilton Prison, Literature Museum, War Museum, and the lake. The rooms are very clean and complete with all necessary equipment. The hotel also has big windows, giving lots of light and a view across the city.

The breakfast was basic and probably consisted of leftovers from the night before. It's better to save your appetite for something outside.

Stayed at a great hotel in a perfect location. Amanda hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the staff, including Amanda, were polite and kind. They had a convenient store in front and a nice little restaurant/bar downstairs where I could relax with a drink. the hotel also offered tours to SaPa and Halong Bay, which were well-organized and enjoyable. a great choice for an average traveler like me.
