I recently stayed at Bendecir Hotel & Spa and was impressed by the amazing customer service. The staff, especially Alan at the front desk, were exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is also fantastic, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of hot and cold food options. I also appreciated the hotel's efforts to accommodate my physical handicap, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Felt absolutely spoiled, no complaints at all.

I had an absolutely incredible experience staying at Babylon Garden Hotel & Spa. The staff went above and beyond to make my partner's birthday special - they decorated our room, got him a cake, and even sang happy birthday. The room itself was clean, lovely, and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a busy day exploring. The location was perfect, situated in a central but quiet street. The breakfast was also delicious and offered a variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent hospitality and value for money.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. The location of the hotel was very convenient, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. We also enjoyed the beautiful views from the restaurant on the 13th floor.

The noise from the street was quite distracting and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The room could have been better maintained, as there were chips in the walls and some mold in the shower.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was located in the heart of the busy city, which made it easy to get around and explore. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They provided us with fresh fruit and juice upon arrival and even celebrated my mother's birthday with a cake and decorations in the room. the location was also great, with easy access to nearby attractions. the laundry service was convenient and inexpensive.

The gym was not up to our standards and there was no glass window in the shower, which caused water to go out. the room we booked wasn't exactly what we were expecting and we felt that the price was a bit high for the value we received.

I gotta say, I got a great bang for my buck at this hotel. The room was top-notch, with an amazing view of the city from the top floor. The location was super convenient, right in downtown and close to everything. And the staff? So hospitable and always had a smile on their faces!

The breakfast selection could have been better.
