The breakfast offers a good variety of options, and the hotel even allows guests to have a shower and use the bikes after checking out, making it convenient for those with late departures.

We spent our Christmas at this hotel and we were happy with the complimentary gifts and sweets. the location was perfect for us, close to the city center but still quiet enough for a relaxing sleep. the staff was always ready to offer recommendations and they were very friendly.

The location of the hotel was superb, close to the busy center and just outside the old quarter. Front Desk Staff Ms San was extremely helpful, providing us with a map and recommending places to visit. We appreciated having a 24-hour local shop right next to the entrance for drinks and snacks. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The service was excellent, and the breakfast had a wide variety of tasty options.

The furniture in the room was a bit outdated, but it didn't affect our overall experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me, even with unexpected changes to my plans. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of dishes, including the famous Pho. I felt completely at ease leaving my luggage for 2 days as they had a secure system in place. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Additionally, having access to free bicycles was a fantastic perk.
