Our New Year's stay was absolutely wonderful! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering us recommendations for amazing nearby restaurants and attractions. We loved the well-equipped minibar and the fresh breakfast that was prepared every morning. the room was perfect for the two of us, with an air conditioner that worked beautifully. the location was right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues.

The bathroom, where the shower was located next to the toilet. We found that water often splashed onto the floor, requiring us to constantly clean up after ourselves.

I was amazed by the hotel's airport shuttle service, making my arrival hassle-free. The location in the Old Quarter was perfect for exploring all the Hanoi sights. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing me to leave my luggage and even use their shower after checking out. The rooms without windows were surprisingly better to avoid street noise, and the wet room style bathroom dried quickly.

Some rooms had maintenance issues like falling-apart bathrooms or poor bed quality.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and professional, always greeting us with a smile. They were very helpful with arranging transportation to and from the airport, as well as renting a motorbike. the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. A nice additional touch was the complimentary towels and toilet paper in the room.

The breakfast buffet was a bit limited in its options, and the room size was cramped. Unfortunately, there wasn't a parking area available for our motorbike, so we parked it on the pavement with some concern about getting fined.
