I stayed at Boutique House for a couple of days and it was great value for money. The owner, Tien, was incredibly helpful and not pushy at all. He organized taxis and excursions without any pressure. The free daily water and basic breakfast were a nice touch. The location is central and within walking distance of major tourist streets. The hotel was surprisingly quiet, considering its central location, and even provided an extra heater during the rainy and cold days. Highly recommended.

Hanoi Boutique House had everything a fancy lady like me could ask for - express check-in, free WiFi, and a bar to keep my glass full. The airport shuttle and concierge services made me feel like a queen!

The street outside the hotel can get noisy at times, but it's understandable as it's located in the bustling old quarter.

Tien, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful. He gave us great restaurant recommendations and helped us arrange transfers. the mattress was the comfiest I've ever slept on, it felt like memory foam. the location was perfect, with local fruit and cooked food stalls right outside the hotel, and the old quarter within walking distance. the room was also a good size, much bigger than other rooms for the same price.
