The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. They even allowed us to store our luggage while on an overnight trip. The location was convenient, close to Hoan Kiem Lake and street food options. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast delivered to our room was good.

Nothing could have been better.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the center of the Old Quarter. It's very convenient to go to the bus station and just a short walk to Hoan Kiem lake. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a great bathroom. The staff is friendly and professional, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including delicious tropical fruit and the ability to order as much as you want.

Great amenities with Wi-Fi and AC, and a decent breakfast provided. the staff was friendly and kind. the location was fantastic; there were plenty of eating and drinking options, a spa nearby, and several attractions in walking distance.

The bathrooms are not great; they had a worn, dirty look.
