I had a fantastic stay at Central Hotel & Residences in Hanoi. the location in the Old Quarter was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the nearby lake and immerse myself in the vibrant Vietnamese atmosphere. the apartment itself was lovely, with a well-equipped kitchen where I could prepare meals. the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even serving breakfast to my room based on my preferences and requested time. They also stored my luggage for free when I went on a three-day trip to Halong Bay-Cat Ba Island. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Central Hotel & Residences for its excellent location, spacious rooms, and friendly staff.

I chose this hotel for my 40th birthday trip from Singapore to a new city, and I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and attentive staff. Amanda, the receptionist, went above and beyond to make my stay special, even surprising me with a birthday cake. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was excellent, with a small kitchen and a washing machine, and the walk-in shower was spacious and powerful. Tyson and Caroline, the staff members who looked after us, were friendly and provided great recommendations. the hotel staff and amenities made our stay in Hanoi memorable.

We had a fantastic 4-night stay in a spacious and clean 2-room apartment. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchenette was well-equipped. The location was excellent, very close to everything in the old French quarter, including the opera house. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, and the breakfast provided was delicious. we had a great experience.

The room was spacious and I loved having a separate kitchen and sitting area. the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, and silverware. the hotel also provided a washer, which was very convenient. the neighborhood around the hotel was great, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and small grocery stores within walking distance. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay nice and memorable. the modern bathroom was also a huge plus.

This hidden gem is centrally located, within walking distance to attractions, restaurants, and bars. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, including a desk for work and plenty of power outlets. A surprise bonus is the washing machine in the bathroom, perfect for longer stays.

Despite being on a quiet street, we enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep in our spacious 2 bedroom apartment. the apartment was well-equipped, including a small kitchenette and a convenient washer/dryer. the staff, especially Caroline and Tyson at the front desk, were friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the breakfast provided at the nearby sister hotel. we highly recommend Central Hotel & Residences for its excellent facilities, great location, and helpful staff.

We loved the spacious and well-equipped apartment, perfect for our family with two teenagers. The extra convenience of having two bathrooms and a washing machine was fantastic. The staff, especially Michael, were incredibly helpful and attentive. The delicious breakfast served in our room, with freshly cooked pancakes and omelettes, was a hit with the kids. We were also grateful for the assistance provided on our last day, with luggage storage and access to a shower before our overnight train to Sapa.
