Nothing it is perfect.

I recently stayed at Hanoi Central Park Hotel for a few days and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, offering assistance with airport transportation, calling taxis, and even exchanging currency. They went above and beyond, providing great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants and helping with our travel plans in Vietnam. The location was perfect, right near the night market, street food stalls, and local bars and restaurants. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the hotel even allowed us to keep our room until 2pm on our last day. The free bottle of wine on our Ha Long Bay cruise was a lovely touch as well. Highly recommended!

I had a great stay at a hotel in the heart of Hanoi. The staff went above and beyond to make my trip memorable. They quickly arranged an alternative tour when bad weather canceled my original plans. Plus, they even helped me get a refund when a taxi overcharged me. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the breakfast and room were satisfactory. I highly recommend this hotel for its helpful and accommodating staff and central location.

During our romantic getaway, we enjoyed the clean and nicely decorated room with modern facilities. the hotel location was great for us as it was close to the attractions we wanted to visit. the breakfast was also a delightful experience with a great choice of freshly made dishes and freshly squeezed juices. We appreciated that the hotel offered free snacks and fruit upon arrival.

Our only downside during our stay was the uncomfortable bed, with two single beds pushed together, which made it difficult to relax as a couple. the internet connection was also a bit slow and spotty at times.
