I recently stayed at the charming Hanoi House for a few hours before exploring the city. The hotel was very accommodating, offering us a late checkout without even asking. Communication was excellent, with friendly staff who spoke good English. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. Stayed at a charming hotel near Lake Kiem and the Old Quarter. Lots of dining options nearby. Enjoyed a choice of four breakfast options including fresh fruit, juice, and tea/coffee. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even giving us a map upon arrival. They always asked about our day and made us feel welcome. the location was convenient and the rooms were clean. a great choice for a stay in the city.

From the moment we arrived at Charming House, the staff made us feel welcome and were incredibly friendly and helpful. the hotel's location is ideal, as everything is within walking distance and we didn't need any transportation during our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a wide range of TV channels. Anna, one of the receptionists, went above and beyond to recommend activities, sights, and local cuisine. Jenny was also very friendly and provided us with useful information every morning. Charming House set the bar high for other hotels during our travels.
