Just loved it when the airport shuttle wasn't available, because who needs a ride after a long flight? Plus, laundry services and 24-hour front desk are highly overrated.

this was my second stay in hanoi and i was pleasantly surprised by hanoi sofia. the location is perfect and within walking distance to all the main attractions in the old quarter. the staff were friendly and helpful, offering great advice and tips. the breakfast had limited options but was delicious. a great value for the price.

They provided us with helpful recommendations, arranged tours, and even helped us with laundry services. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start our day right.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the center of the city. It was strategically located in the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore everywhere in the Old Quarter. The hotel was also not too far away from everything I wanted to see. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were great. The breakfast offered freshly made options, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

Staff is super nice and helpful, they let you store your bags during your trip. They can book tours for you, which is convenient. Location is great, near the party hub and a beautiful lake. The night staff gave GREAT recommendations and took time to mark up maps. The owners are awesome, they organized cheap tours and let me stay and have breakfast before my bus. The room is in perfect condition, clean, big, with a good bed and shower. It's a really good deal!

I had a great experience staying at Sofia. They even let me leave my luggage safely at the hotel while I went on my trips to Sa Pa and Halong. The room was comfortable and the bed provided a good night's sleep. The breakfast was tasty and the laundry service made my clothes smell amazing. I would highly recommend Sofia for a stress-free stay in Hanoi.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Citadel and just a short walk away from the lively walking street. It is also close to the attractions of the Old Quarter and offers easy access to Cat Ba island. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower.
