We were absolutely blown away by the perfect location of this hotel. Right in the heart of the old quarter, it was incredibly convenient for exploring the vibrant city. Nestled in a quiet alley, we were able to escape the hustle and bustle of the streets and enjoy a peaceful stay. The rooms were comfortable and well-decorated, providing a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs and were always eager to assist us with anything we required. The breakfast spread offered a delightful mix of Vietnamese and European dishes, ensuring a satisfying start to our day.

The only minor downside was that the air conditioning could have been stronger in our room.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old quarter and within walking distance to everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. They even surprised us with a cake in our room for our honeymoon, which was a really thoughtful touch.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the helpful staff who assisted us with all our arrangements, including taxi excursions and train transfers. The inclusive tour to Sapa organized by the hotel was a wonderful treat and adventure. The breakfasts and daily tea breaks were a great way to start our days. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

The room at Elite Central Hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location was great, close to the bustling beer street but still quiet. The receptionist was extremely helpful and enthusiastic. The breakfast, especially the Pho, was delicious. I will definitely book here again next time I visit. This hotel is located in the bustling heart of the old quarter on an obscure alley, with all major tourist sites within walking distance. The staff was attentive and the rooms had good AC on all 6 floors. The basic amenities were provided, and the breakfast included hot food with many options to choose from, including flowers petals on the bed.

We had the warmest welcome at Elite Central Hotel. As soon as we walked in, the staff knew our names and greeted us with a face cloth, fresh mango drink, snack. The room was small but had lovely touches like fresh flowers and complimentary water. The location is unbeatable, right in the center of the old quarter. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional hospitality and convenient location.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff, especially Duy and Du Van Duc, were incredibly helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to make my stay more enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located in a superb location. I cannot praise Duy and Duc enough for their efforts in making everything easy for me during my week-long stay.
