We had an amazing time in Hanoi! The hotel we stayed in was located right in the centre of the old town, so it was very convenient for exploring the city. There were so many attractions nearby, and we loved being in such a vibrant area. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of warm and local authentic dishes. We also appreciated the laundry service offered by the hotel, which made our stay even more convenient.

The internet connection in our room was a bit slow at times.

I had the pleasure of staying in room 608 at Flora Hotel for three nights. Despite being located right next to the elevator, I was pleasantly surprised that I couldn't hear any noise at all. The blackout curtains were effective in keeping the room dark and peaceful. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel staff were always polite and helpful, with Ms. CiCi going above and beyond to provide assistance and guidance. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, and the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the sights of Hanoi.

There was a slight issue with room allocation during my stay, as the room with a balcony that I booked wasn't available right away. However, the hotel staff quickly accommodated me in a larger room until the desired room became available.

As bike riders, we loved the hotel's convenient location in the heart of the Old Quarter. Easy access to the lake, bustling side streets, and the night market. The room had a huge terrace with a lovely city skyline view. Air-conditioning and shower worked well. Breakfast with Asian and Western options, and a Vietnamese coffee station.

Felt very secure, no complaints at all.

However, there were a couple of nice aspects. We were offered two complimentary drinks at check-in which was a nice touch. the hotel was located in a central area with plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. the breakfast was also pretty good with a decent selection of food.

The room was not clean and we found hairs in the bed. the staff seemed uninterested when we reported this.

The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. They even organized transportation for me and provided useful information about the area. The location was perfect, situated on a quieter street but still close to the lake and all the attractions. I was able to easily explore the area on foot and try out some fantastic local restaurants. The room and common areas were kept very clean, and the hotel had a luxurious feel to it. I loved the comfortable bed and the robes provided. it was a great experience!

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Hanoi. The location was perfect, right in the center of this bustling city. Everything I needed was within walking distance, from cafes and restaurants to shops and attractions. The hotel itself was tucked away in a small alley in the old quarter, providing a peaceful retreat from the city noise. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast served daily and the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The hotel also offered convenient parking and transportation options for exploring other parts of the city.

I recently had a memorable stay at this cozy hotel located just a short walk from the Old Quarter. Flora Hotel, though not luxurious, offers extremely comfortable beds and a well-appointed room. The staff, especially Ms. Cici, went above and beyond to coordinate and guide us during our trip. The location is ideal, with everything you need right at your doorstep. Snow at the front desk and manager John were also very helpful in providing recommendations for places to eat and tours. The private balcony on the 6th floor provided a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the magnificent view of Hanoi.

They assisted us with our luggage and even arranged for a cheaper airport drop-off. the location was also fantastic, close to all the popular eating and shopping areas. the breakfast spread was decent and had options to satisfy both Western and Asian tastes.

The strong stench in the bed due to a last-minute room change. However, the housekeeping staff promptly changed the sheets.
