The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was within walking distance of Sapa Express Office, Houn Kiam Lake, and the Water Puppet Theatre. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with amenities like welcome drinks and snacks upon arrival. I had a wonderful experience at the Lake View Hotel & Spa and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Hanoi.

The area is fantastic, with a really bustling street full of shops and close to lots of great food places. Plus, it's within walking distance to the lake, museums, and markets. The hotel itself is wonderful, with excellent service and quality amenities. The staff are friendly, caring, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had a wonderful stay. They even organized our city tour and airport transfers, which were both excellent. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with refreshing juices and towels, which was a nice touch. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and come with little extras like complimentary coffee, tea, biscuits. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in this city.

They even organized trips for us and helped with airport transfers. the location is excellent, just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and close to the shopping area. the rooms, though small, were clean and comfortable. the breakfast was also great and the staff made us feel at home. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Our New Year experience was great! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. We were pleasantly surprised with the complementary fruit basket and the delicious breakfast. the hotel is conveniently located near many shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. the bed was comfortable and we slept well.

There was also a slight smell in the bathroom, but it wasn't too bothersome. our stay was enjoyable and we would consider coming back again.

The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available. I also appreciated the grocery shopping service and nearby shops. The garden furniture was a nice touch, and the room amenities were everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the spa & wellness center provided a great way to relax.
