The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with amenities like welcome drinks and snacks upon arrival. I had a wonderful experience at the Lake View Hotel & Spa and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Hanoi.

The hotel itself is wonderful, with excellent service and quality amenities. The staff are friendly, caring, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we had a wonderful stay. They even organized our city tour and airport transfers, which were both excellent. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with refreshing juices and towels, which was a nice touch. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and come with little extras like complimentary coffee, tea, biscuits. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in this city.

Our New Year experience was great! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. We were pleasantly surprised with the complementary fruit basket and the delicious breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located near many shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The bed was comfortable and we slept well.

The WiFi was a bit spotty at times, which was frustrating. There was also a slight smell in the bathroom, but it wasn't too bothersome.
