Efficient transportation arrangements to Cat Ba island. Stored luggage & delivered forgotten backpack free of charge. Clean room with good air-conditioning.

Our stay at Hanoi Focus Hotel was a pleasant surprise! The room we were initially given was small and not what we had booked, but the staff quickly resolved the issue by moving us to a larger, nicer room. Once settled, we enjoyed the lovely accommodations and found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and attentive service.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The family room I booked was even more comfortable than I had expected. The staff, especially Richard at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location of the hotel in the heart of the city made it incredibly easy for me and my family to explore Hanoi on foot. We were just a short walk away from the beautiful lake Hoan Kiem and the bustling tourist area in the Old Quarter. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and cozy rooms that had excellent soft beds. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, even allowing us to use the shower when we arrived early in the morning. this hotel provided a perfect base for us to explore this vibrant city.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a perfect location. It’s on a quiet street , but still very central. The service is impeccable. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and they pay attention to every detail. The rooms are comfortable and have either a balcony or a view of the lake. Breakfast is fantastic too!

Friendly staff, good English, spacious clean room on top floor with balcony. Reasonable buffet breakfast. Helpful in arranging airport transfers. Good value, would stay again.

The staff were very kind and helpful. They recommended good restaurants nearby and helped us exchange money. the room was very spacious and clean. the breakfast was delicious and the best part was the hot water which pours non-stop in the bath.

That they kept trying to sell us a tour package, even though we were looking for just a car with a driver. We found it quite annoying as we had told them we knew the place well.

The location of this hotel is superb, right next to the lake and downtown area, making it very convenient for exploring the old quarter. The staff here are very friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay. The rooms have all the basic amenities that you would need, including a hair dryer and safe. Plus, they were really clean and it was a nice surprise to find small boxes of candies and bottles of water free of charge.

The only minor issue we encountered was that we could still hear some noise from the reception area, which affected our sleep quality. But overall, everything was ok.

The value for money at Parklane Hotel was excellent, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location in the center of the old quarters was perfect for exploring, and the staff treated us with kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay.
