This hotel is in the middle of the major tourist spots and conveniently located near a lot of great local eateries. It's perfect for exploring the lively Old Quarter district of the city. The rooms are comfortable with basic amenities and even have windows, allowing natural light to fill the space. The shower in the bathroom is a wonderful surprise, with 3 different showerheads that offer a luxurious bathing experience. And let's not forget the breakfast, which includes a great Vietnamese coffee and a variety of delicious Western and Asian options. The food is served in small portions and is quickly refilled, ensuring that everything is always fresh. It's a fantastic start to the day and all included in the stay.

From the moment I arrived at Hanoi Garden Boutique Hotel & Spa, I was impressed. The staff, led by Mr. Thanh, were incredibly helpful and answered all of my inquiries promptly. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with a delicious breakfast buffet and perfect water pressure in the shower. But what really stood out to me was when I mentioned it was my girlfriend's birthday. The staff surprised us with a birthday cake and a song in our room, creating a truly unforgettable experience. I can't thank the front desk staff, especially Chi and Kris, enough for their thoughtfulness. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and memorable moments.

Super friendly staff and excellent service made our city trip a real pleasure. The location was just perfect, close to all the main attractions and good eats. The breakfast was amazing, with hot and fresh options that changed daily. The room was very clean and spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

The elevator was a bit small and slow, but we didn't mind since we were on vacation and in no rush. Some noise from the street could be heard at night, but it was nothing too disruptive and did not affect our sleep.
