The rooms at this hotel were well designed and had a powerful shower, which was a nice surprise. The breakfast options were also great, with a wide range of hot and cold dishes to choose from. The staff were polite and attentive, especially Anne who helped us organize our excursions to Ha Long Bay.

The location of the hotel was a bit inconvenient. It was not centrally located and we had to rely on taxis to get to the main attractions in the city.

The hotel's location in the Old Quarter was very convenient, allowing us to easily stroll through the bustling streets and explore the local shops and restaurants. Additionally, it was close to the night market at the weekend, which was a great opportunity to experience the vibrant atmosphere of Hanoi. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and a modern touch. The friendly staff provided excellent service and the included breakfast offered a good variety of options. Moreover, the hotel offered facilities such as an airport pickup service and the ability to store luggage during day trips.

Some guests had to walk up one flight of stairs to reach their rooms on the 7th floor due to the elevator only going up to the 6th floor.

The breakfast was nice with a decent choice of food. the hotel was located at a central spot which was convenient for us to travel around easily. the room had comfortable beds which made our stay relaxed.

I had high hopes for my Easter weekend stay at this hotel, but my experience was quite unpleasant. And also, the customer service was really disappointing.

The location was perfect, right in the center of the action in a safe area of the Old Quarter. Plus, the breakfast included in the room rate was a wonderful bonus, offering a wide variety of delicious options and even complimentary drinks.

One aspect that I disliked about the hotel was the lack of temperature-appropriate towels. While the wet towels provided upon arrival were refreshing, it would have been even better if they could have offered both warm and cold towels depending on the weather outside.
