The room was spacious and provided great value for the price. We were pleasantly surprised by the quiet and comfortable atmosphere. The staff at Golden Holiday were lovely and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Hanoi.

We had an incredible stay with the hotel. Clean rooms, great facilities, and convenient parking. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions in one of the busiest cities. We received exceptional service from Phuc, who provided an amazing complimentary cooking course, and Kim, who was incredibly helpful, providing lots of recommendations on places to visit. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Asian and European style food. The staff was friendly and greeted us by our names, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The air conditioning in the room was very poor and the additional one provided was too loud and bright. the room I stayed in had no window with a view, it looked out onto a shaft.

Absolutely amazing stay! the staff was the friendliest and most helpful we have ever encountered with two complementary breakfasts, one when we arrived super early, and one before we left late at night. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the major attractions. the icing on the cake was the rooftop bar which offered a stunning view of the city.

If we had to mention one thing, the beds were a bit too firm for our liking, but that is completely personal preference. we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for a city break.

We recently stayed at the Golden Holiday Hotel and it was a perfect experience! The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. Everything was very clean and we even received fresh fruits and water every day. The staff, especially Mrs. Kim and Mr. Phu, were incredibly friendly and took great care of us. They made our stay truly enjoyable. The location in the bustling Hoan Kiem area was also convenient.

The spacious rooms are sparkling clean and have all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The friendly staff provide outstanding service, always willing to go the extra mile. Guests are treated to a delicious and fresh breakfast each morning. Additionally, the hotel provides free wifi and smart TVs for entertainment.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, even taking us to the pharmacy when we needed it. The bed was the most comfortable we've had in Vietnam and the breakfast was delicious. It's conveniently located near attractions and restaurants. Excellent value for money!
