The staff is friendly and attentive, providing great service. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with a balcony. The breakfast included is delicious and a great way to start the day.

Located in the heart of the bustling Old Quarter, we found ourselves right near the cathedral, with easy access to Hoan Kiem Lake. The friendly and helpful staff provided us with a wealth of information and a map, ensuring we could easily explore the city. Our cozy room had a balcony with a street view, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea. The breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day.

There was limited motorbike parking space available, requiring us to find alternative parking at a nearby hospital.
