From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the jaw-dropping service and incredible location. The staff went above and beyond, providing free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, a cozy bar/lounge area, and an excellent restaurant. The room was clean and quiet, with a flat-screen TV and all necessary amenities. The hotel also offered laundry services and had a convenient car park. The breakfast options were fantastic, and the air conditioning provided a comfortable stay. our experience at this hotel was absolutely superb!

The service at Bay Luxury - Hanoi Graceful Hotel 21 Hang Phen was exceptional. We were greeted with cold drinks upon arrival and given helpful advice about exploring Hanoi. The staff continued to be friendly and helpful throughout our stay, constantly surprising us with their hospitality. The rooms were comfortable and provided a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. The location was perfect, surrounded by excellent and affordable restaurants, and within walking distance of many attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Hanoi.

What a great find! This hotel is a hidden gem in a nice street of the old quarter. The location is perfect, not on the busy street but within walking distance to everywhere you'd want to go in the city. The rooms on the top floor are a real treat, with a lovely bathroom and a balcony overlooking the city. It's pure luxury on a backpacker's budget! The staff here are amazing, especially Ms. Ha. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Her attention to detail and willingness to help with anything I needed was truly impressive. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of Vietnamese soups and even fresh omelettes made to order. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in this hotel.

This hotel is in a great location, right in the centre of the old town and close to all attractions. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and do. The room was beautiful, with a balcony and a comfortable bed. The breakfast offered a delicious mix of Western and Vietnamese food. the location and service made our stay enjoyable.

The shower cabin in our room was moldy and not very clean.

During my Christmas stay in Hanoi, I found a great hotel with a good price, clean rooms, and attentive staff. the location was very convenient, close to many attractions in the city. the breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of buffet options and freshly made dishes like pho, French toast, and pancakes. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The housekeeping staff overlooked cleaning previous guest's underwear under the bench. When I informed the reception, only a bellman came to check the issue.
