Cleanliness and hotel facilities were impressive. The hotel's strategic location right at the center of the city made it convenient for us to explore and enjoy this city. The breakfast offered a good variety and the staff was friendly.

Clean rooms and helpful staff. the rooms were well-maintained and the staff went out of their way to assist us with our inquiries and requests. Great value for money. We were able to get a double room with air conditioning, TV, fridge, and a warm shower at a very reasonable price.

Noise from outside. the constant car honking and music from nearby establishments made it difficult to sleep peacefully at night.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff at Camellia 5 were incredibly helpful and made us feel at home. They arranged a private transfer from the airport, booked a first-class tour to Ha Long Bay, and even took me to a nearby barbershop on their scooter free of charge. the location was great, close to the old quarter and safe street. the room and bathroom were clean, and we had enough space for our needs. the hot water in the shower was a nice touch.
