The rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious, with neat and well-maintained facilities. The location is in the heart of the Old Quarter, with convenient stores and various food stalls nearby. The staff is friendly, helpful, and made our stay hassle-free. The breakfast buffet is good, and the view from the restaurant overlooking the lake is lovely.

The complimentary tea and coffee in the room was a nice touch, and the location of the hotel was very convenient, close to many tourist spots. the staff were polite and friendly, always greeting us with a smile. the room was modern and clean with a comfortable bed.

The breakfast buffet lacked variety, and we had to constantly ask for more supplies to be brought out. the bathroom amenities were not restocked each day, and we had to ask for more toilet paper.

The breakfast on the 9th floor offered beautiful views and the staff accommodated all my requests, including moving my room and storing my luggage. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with functioning air conditioning. I recommend this hotel for its great location and good service.
