The hotel is in the heart of the old quarter, close to everything, and within walking distance of several tourist attractions. the staff were exceptionally friendly, addressing guests by name and assisting with tour and transport bookings. Clean rooms with big windows and small balconies. the breakfast was simple but satisfying.

We had a room with a malfunctioning AC, but the hotel quickly moved us to a higher floor with a better view. the staff was polite and very helpful. a decent experience.

The staff, especially Ha, Kim, Dum, and Thuy, were incredibly helpful and kind. The room was comfortable, but some might find the lack of windows claustrophobic. The bathroom could use some improvement, but overall, a great experience. Highly recommended!

One minor inconvenience was the entrance being a bit smelly due to the bike washing area in front.

The kids enjoyed the on, site playground and pool, keeping them entertained for hours. The family, friendly atmosphere made us feel right at home, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. Cons: My wife says that a children's menu at the on, site restaurant would have been a nice addition.
