The WiFi in some areas of the hotel was slow, although this issue was quickly resolved. we had no real complaints about our stay at the hotel.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Hanoi. The hotel's location in the Old Quarter was perfect, right in the center of all the action. It was very convenient for exploring the city and even for taking a trip to Ha Long Bay. The staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive and made me feel incredibly welcome. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed, from providing me with detailed information about the best places to visit, to even helping me with transportation arrangements. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, with all the basic amenities I could ask for. I especially appreciated the nice bathroom with a bathtub and pleasant lighting. And to top it all off, breakfast was included in the price of my stay, although it had few options to choose from. All in all, this hotel offered great value for money and I would highly recommend it.

Lovely people and staff, especially Tommy - kind, helpful, and detailed. Upgraded to a Suite Room. Tommy even helped with the remaining sum for airport transport. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. Great bathroom. La Castela is a fairly intimate hotel in a good location, walking distance to Old Quarter and shopping area/lake. New and tastefully done decor. Rooms exceeded expectations, with city view rooms having a nice big balcony. Excellent service. Highly recommended.
