This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old quarter, making it easy to explore all that the area has to offer. The staff are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to ensure a great experience for guests. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good amenities including a balcony. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of delicious options.

Our stay at Legacy Hotel - Hang Bac was fantastic. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the staff who offered us a refreshing welcome drink and gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel. They even personally escorted us to our room and showed us all its features. The personalized touch made us feel valued and appreciated. The hotel's location in the heart of the old quarter was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of options to cater to different preferences. The staff were always attentive, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to assist us. our experience at Legacy Hotel - Hang Bac was wonderful, and we would highly recommend it to others.

Great location for exploring the city, clean rooms, delicious breakfasts. The staff is friendly and very helpful with any queries. They can help organize tours to Halong Bay and Perfume Pagoda in advance.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the lake and surrounded by Vietnamese restaurants and lively shops. The room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided helpful tips for exploring the city. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. it was a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

That the elevator was a bit small and slow.
