The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the Old Quarter and is convenient to everything you need. It is very close to the bustling center and within walking distance of the Hoan Kiem Lake. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are spotless. The staff is exceptional, always greeting you with a smile and going above and beyond to assist you. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also provides helpful facilities such as a weighing scale and coffee/tea making facilities in the room.

The hotel could use some updates in terms of furnishings and decor.

I recently stayed at Lotus Boutique Hotel for a week in Hanoi. The staff, especially Max, Anne, Jennifer, and Jennie, were amazing and super helpful. The room was hygienic and cleaned daily. Max arranged wonderful trips to Halong Bay, Sapa, Ninh Binh, Danang, Hue, and Saigon for me at a great price. The hotel is located in the heart of the old quarter, making it convenient to explore the city. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and location.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the lively Old Quarter. Within a 15-minute walk, we were able to explore several tourist attractions and soak in the vibrant atmosphere. The hotel itself was tucked away in an alley, offering a peaceful retreat from the bustling streets. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room amenities were excellent, including a cozy sitting area, a mini-bar, and a terrace where we could enjoy our morning coffee. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a plus, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. this place exceeded our expectations and provided us with an unforgettable experience in the city.

Upon arrival at Lotus Boutique, the staff made me feel like part of their family. Tommy went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, helping me with everything from calling cabs to renting bikes. the room, which had a balcony, was clean and well-serviced each day. the hotel's location in the heart of the old quarter was convenient for exploring. I also highly recommend the fantastic breakfast. a 12/10 experience!

I had a delightful stay at Lotus Boutique. the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and made me feel welcome. the breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options including noodles, eggs, fruits, and drinks. I especially enjoyed the view from my room's balcony, it was definitely worth it. the location was convenient, close to Train Street and the main lake. I highly recommend staying here for a wonderful experience.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, great location in the heart of the old quarter. Vu Tom and Kevin helped us plan fantastic trips to Ninh Binh, Sapa, Halong Bay, and Bai Tai Long Bay. Vietnamese hospitality at its best! I highly recommend this hotel.

Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel is perfectly situated, with many of Hanoi's top attractions just a short walk away. You'll find yourself near shops, allowing for convenient shopping trips. Plus, the hotel staff provides excellent service, ensuring you have everything you need. The breakfast buffet is also a highlight, offering a variety of options to start your day right. Lastly, the view from the roof is simply stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop for your stay.

The shower area may cause some inconvenience, as the water drains slowly and the booth tends to flood quickly.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleased with a few things. the hotel's location was ideal, being centrally situated in the heart of the city. This made it very convenient for exploring the surrounding attractions and enjoying the lively atmosphere. the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly like. The first was the lack of windows in the room, which made it feel a bit stuffy and disconnected from the outside world.
