The value for money was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was great, within walking distance to attractions, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

We had an amazing experience staying at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. We were able to easily explore the local street food vendors and also enjoy international cuisine just a few steps away. The proximity to the Hoan Kiem Lake was a huge perk as well, allowing us to take leisurely strolls and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff at this hotel was beyond excellent, providing us with top-notch customer service throughout our stay. They were always attentive to our needs and even helped us with arranging transport to the airport. We were truly impressed with their level of professionalism and care.

We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting this destination.

Excellent location for exploring Old Quarter on foot. Very friendly and helpful staff who assisted with buying a SIM card. Yummy snacks and drinks offered at check-in. Good buffet and a la carte breakfast with a variety of options.

The location of this hotel was great, right in the heart of the city with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the staff were also very friendly and helpful, always offering to help with anything we needed. the room was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and clean linens.

Our experience at this hotel was less than satisfactory. the breakfast provided was not up to par, with very few options and poorly prepared food.
