I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the staff at the hotel. When I had an issue with the air-conditioning in my room, they quickly addressed it and ensured it was repaired the next day. The location of the hotel was also great, making it convenient to explore the city. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is perfect - just a short walk away from Hoan Kiem lake and the bustling night market. The rooms are clean and well-accommodated, with a great view of the lake from the higher floors. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast, though not extensive, offers delicious options. The hotel also has fast and reliable WiFi.

The water flow in the bathroom can be a bit slow, leading to ponding after showering.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Vietnam. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were affordable and the services provided were definitely worth it. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. From the receptionist who was always ready to help, to the night staff who provided expert advice with total professionalism, their attention to detail was impressive. Lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect. Situated in a pedestrian area, it offered a peaceful atmosphere while still being conveniently located near the lake and other attractions. The room itself was clean and had all the basic amenities I needed, with a balcony on the higher floors that provided great views. The breakfast, while simple, was nice and sufficient to start the day.

My stay at Morning Hotel was great! The location was very central, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and the emails were returned quickly. I particularly appreciated the wake-up call they provided for my early morning airport transfer. The car was on time and the driver was reliable. I also enjoyed the energy and vibrancy of Hanoi, there was so much to see and do! I'll definitely recommend this hotel for its convenient location and helpful service.

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, always eager to help. the location was fantastic, with easy access to all the city’s main attractions. the room was clean and comfortable, with excellent Wi-Fi connection and hot water.

Some of the rooms had no windows, which was a downside for me, as natural light is important to me. I found that lower floor rooms were not as nice as the upper ones.
