During our 6-night stay at Hotel Paradise Centre, we were incredibly impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The hotel's location in the heart of the old quarter was perfect, with tourist attractions, restaurants, and coffee shops just a short walk away. The staff also went above and beyond to assist us with airport transfers at a discounted rate, making our travel experience more convenient. We were also pleased with the quiet atmosphere of the hotel, tucked away from the noisy traffic of Hanoi. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Hotel Paradise Centre to anyone visiting the city.

The sink in the room may be a bit inconvenient for some guests as it is not located in the bathroom.

We were pleasantly surprised with this place. The location is great, down a small side street in the Old Quarter but still close to everything. The staff provided outstanding service, always friendly and helpful, and even gave us a welcome drink. The room was comfortable and clean with amenities like an electric kettle and flat-screen TV. The hotel also had a spa & wellness center where we enjoyed massages and beauty treatments. The free Wi-Fi in public areas was a nice touch.

Definitely the breakfast was one of the best aspects of this hotel. Plenty of delicious options, fresh fruits, and yummy pancakes. the friendly staff made us feel welcome from the very beginning. the location was spot on, close to great coffee shops and local restaurants, which were perfect for our business meetings. the rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, which was a great relief after a long day of work.

The noise factor in the hotel was a big disadvantage. You could hear everything from the adjacent room and the constant noise from the lift was annoying at night.

Everything was spot on.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early after a long journey. the hotel's location was convenient, situated near the old town, the cathedral, the lake, and within walking distance of the train street. the breakfast options were vibrant and varied, with the added bonus of being able to customize your eggs.

The room doors were not soundproof, which made it easy to hear noise from the hallway. the balcony was a Juliet balcony, which was not clearly advertised, preventing us from fully enjoying the outdoor space.
