We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated right in the heart of all the excitement in Hanoi. It was conveniently within walking distance of Hoàn Kiếm Lake and the markets in the old quarter. This made it an excellent home base for our adventures in Vietnam. The staff were incredibly helpful and lovely, from the cleaning maids to the receptionists. They were always ready to assist us with anything we needed.

They upgraded our reservation to a suite and were happy to arrange transportation. The hotel also offered great amenities such as a spa and wellness center, fitness studio, and restaurant with delicious special diet menus. Our room was spacious and included a sitting area and patio, making for a really comfortable stay.

I loved the fact that they offered complementary tea upon my arrival, which was a nice touch. the hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the surroundings. There were a couple of things that could have been improved. the room that I was staying in was quite dark, and the lighting could have been brighter.

One of the worst aspects of our stay was the shower area in our room. the drainage was very slow, causing water to accumulate and soak our feet while showering.

It was a great place to explore the vibrant Old Quarter, markets, and local restaurants. The staff were fantastic, especially Junie, who was always checking in with us and offering suggestions to make the most out of our trip. The majority of the staff spoke good English, which was a huge help. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with everything from room service to a car hire service. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with modern features like a flat-screen TV and in-room safe. The hotel also had a lovely rooftop bar where we could relax and enjoy a drink after a busy day of exploring.
