I loved that it was within walking distance to the market and other attractions. the staff were fantastic, always ready to give advice and recommendations on what to see and where to eat. I also appreciated the convenience of having laundry services at the hotel. It was a relief not to have to worry about finding a laundromat. the staff were very helpful and made my stay comfortable.

The room was beautiful, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, helping us book trips to Halong Bay and Sapa at a great price. They even let us store our luggage after we checked out and provided us with coffee and access to the bathroom when we returned from our trip. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, even arranging hotel transfers and helping us book trips to Ha Long Bay and Sapa. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to easily reach most of our destinations in the Old Town. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and complimentary toiletries. The staff were attentive and spoke great English, ensuring a pleasant stay. The only downside was the slightly smaller room size compared to the photos.
