Our stay at Royal Palace Hotel 2 was a great value for money - comfortable rooms and helpful staff. The location was convenient for finding restaurants and exploring tourist attractions.

The morning meal could use some improvement - maybe more variety of options for breakfast.

Excellent hospitality and location

I had a fantastic stay at the Royal Palace Hotel 2. The hospitality was outstanding, and the location couldn't have been better. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience. I especially appreciated Mr. Chinh's effort in helping me purchase a usbc cable when I forgot to bring one. The hotel is also conveniently located near the old quarter district of Hanoi, making it easy to explore the city. The receptionist was friendly and approachable, and they even arranged a special airport shuttle for me at a reduced price. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent hospitality and unbeatable location!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. They provided excellent service and were very apologetic when there was a mix-up with our airport pickup. They even gave us a free room upgrade as compensation. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we needed. a great hotel if you're looking for a comfortable place to sleep and have a good breakfast in the morning.

The hotel is perfectly located, right in central Ha Noi nearby all of the various markets. The night market is just opposite the Lake on the left, making it convenient for shopping and exploring. The rooms are spacious with balconies, providing a lovely view of the city at night. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including vegetarian choices. it is a great place to stay for its convenient location and comfortable rooms.

The water pressure for the shower was sometimes very low.

The breakfast was decent with fruits and bread to choose from. the rooms were also clean and comfortable with good beds. the hotel is located in a prime area that is right in the center of the action.

The staff were not very welcoming and accommodating. They did not offer to help us with our luggage and seemed uninterested in making our stay more enjoyable.
