loved staying at amorita! staff spoke great english, helped with vietnamese pronunciation, and gave us insight into vietnamese culture. clean room, good air con, great shower. excellent location and delicious freshly cooked breakfast. friendly and helpful staff, especially mai and vian!

I recently stayed at a boutique hotel in the Old Quarter, surrounded by great restaurants and shopping options, and just a short walk from the lake. The staff at Amorita Boutique Hotel & Travel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable from start to finish. Our room was spacious and modern, with a lovely bathroom and a flat screen TV. The hotel provided complimentary water bottles and snacks, a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also offered a menu for ordering off, which allowed us to try both Vietnamese and western dishes. the personal service, convenient location, and great amenities made for a fantastic stay.

My partner and I stayed at Amorita Boutique Hotel & Travel for 4 nights during our trip to Hanoi. The hotel's location was ideal, close to the lake and surrounded by bustling restaurants and coffee shops. The staff, particularly Mai and the receptionist, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We were impressed with our upgraded room, especially after a tiring adventure on the Ha Giang loop. The room was clean and functional, and the hot shower had good water pressure. The hotel even accommodated us after our visit to Ha Long Bay. a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you!

I had a great stay at a hotel very near to Hoan Kien lake. The location was fantastic, as it was in the centre of the Old Quarter which put lots of things in walking distance. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The bathroom was also spacious and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Additionally, the hotel offered a free breakfast with a variety of options.

The hotel could improve on the quality of the air conditioning, as it was not very cold during my stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the bustling old quarter near the lake, but surprisingly quiet and peaceful inside. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed, including a teapot and hairdryer. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was cooked to order. The hotel also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants, such as the outstanding Duong's 2. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like minimal natural light and occasional noise from the street, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hanoi Amorita Boutique Hotel & Travel. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations.

As adventure travelers, we loved the central location, close to the old quarter with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

The laptop provided in the room was a great bonus that allowed me to work seamlessly during my business trip. the hotel's location was perfect as it was just a short walk away from the heart of the city where I could experience the true culture of the place. the comfortable beds and spacious room made my stay even more comfortable.

The breakfast was a bit disorganised, with menus not being placed on tables early enough despite breakfast starting at 6.30 am. the staff were sweeping the floors during breakfast which was not very pleasant.

The hotel is conveniently located in the centre, close to the water puppet theatre, making it easy to catch a show. It is also situated in the midst of the bustling Old Quarter, allowing easy access to shops and local markets. The rooms are spacious and modern, providing a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and accommodating, always willing to offer assistance and provide useful information about the area.

The sheets in one of the rooms were not properly cleaned, which was a disappointing aspect of the hotel.
