The staff was very welcoming and made us feel like family. They remembered our names and greeted us with a smile every time. the breakfast was fantastic with plenty of menu options to choose from, it was a great way to start the day. We enjoyed the location, with lots of delicious restaurants and other attractions nearby. we were happy with the complementary welcome drinks and fruit.

The lack of flat surfaces in the bathroom and room to put our washbags or open our bags was a small inconvenience. We also would have appreciated a more comfortable shower facility for after check-out before our night train.

The location of the hotel was also great, situated in the old town but away from the noisiest areas. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Hanoi that was perfectly located near the lake in the charming old quarter. The staff was absolutely amazing, always greeting us warmly with big smiles and offering helpful recommendations for sightseeing. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom, although small, was manageable. The breakfast provided a great variety of both Western and Vietnamese cuisine. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This hotel is a great choice with fantastic value for money. You can stay in a clean, recently renovated room with a colonial touch and a balcony that offers a wonderful view of the backside. The hotel is in the old town making it convenient to get around the major tourist spots and to try some yummy local food. Also, the breakfast served is exceptional with a great amount of options, especially the delicious pancakes. The sweet personalised message from the chef also makes you feel special.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The bed was so comfortable, and the location in the old town was perfect. We were able to easily explore the city and find great places to eat nearby. The hotel room was clean and well-maintained. Ms Mai, the staff member who assisted us, was professional, friendly, and always available to help with any needs we had. She even arranged a taxi for us seamlessly. The hotel and the surrounding area felt safe, and the overall service provided by the staff was excellent. I was truly impressed with my stay!

We had a wonderful experience at Ambassador Hotel & Travel in Hanoi. Our family of three stayed in the large room for 4 people with a balcony for two days, and then switched to the room without a balcony for 2 more days. The room was spacious and had two separate areas, perfect for our needs. The bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed the fresh fruit and complimentary water provided daily. The air conditioning was excellent, and we loved the extensive a la carte breakfast options. The hotel's location in the old quarter was convenient, and we found the staff to be outstanding. Alice and Fiona went above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed, from providing directions and restaurant recommendations to even buying Vietnamese coffee on our behalf and arranging transportation to the train station. We were extremely pleased with the quality of service and felt well taken care of during our stay.
