The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing, always going above and beyond to assist us with everything we needed. They even helped us book a tour that was supposedly fully booked, allowing us to enjoy an incredible experience. The location of the hotel was also perfect, not too far from the bustling old town but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. our stay was fantastic and definitely worth it!

Their assistance was invaluable in kick-starting our adventure. Our room was great, and we even received a free upgrade. the breakfast was tasty and plentiful. the location of the hotel was perfect. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Comfortable bed, great A/C, fantastic shower, excellent Wi-Fi. Convenient PC in room. English film channels on TV. Friendly staff, especially Chad. Good value for money, serves decent breakfast. Market area can be busy, but enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel that was very conveniently located near the main train station and the bustling old quarter. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also generous in size and had a great shower. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, and the breakfast was satisfying. We also enjoyed the interesting wet market downstairs. it was a wonderful experience.

The noise from other guests at night could sometimes be bothersome, but it did not greatly impact our overall enjoyment of the stay.

Stayed in a hotel near a market, so I could taste "delicious" local food and listen to the "noisy" market in the morning. How wonderful!

Oh, I was so disappointed that the hotel wasn't right next to the tourist sites. How am I supposed to bother taking a taxi or walking a little?

My stay at Hanoi View 2 was exceptional. The staff was amazing, very friendly, and always ready to help. They spoke English fluently, which made communication easy. Getting to the hotel from the airport was a breeze, just a short bus ride away. Despite the busy street outside, the hotel itself was cozy and clean. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a better room than I had booked. And all this came at an affordable price. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Hanoi.
