We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location near the port was perfect for us, as we needed to be close to the harbor. The service at this place was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning all available to make our stay more convenient. The housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring that our room was always clean and tidy. We also appreciated the convenience of the on-site grocery shopping service and the shops/commercial services that were available. The laundry service was also a great help. The airport shuttle and shuttle service provided by the hotel made it easy for us to get around. And upon arrival, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink and given helpful information about the local tours and attractions.

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel, with great service and a location close to local restaurants and the city's most important sites. The staff were amazing, remembering our names and itinerary, and even decorating our bed for our anniversary. The hot stone massage was fantastic, and the daily takeaway meal and laundry service were convenient for a business trip. The room had a pleasant interior and the in-house restaurant had excellent food. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and professional. The location was great, as it was close to many important sites. The rooms were comfortable, and they had an old world charm that added to the experience.

The air conditioning was too cold, despite turning down the temperature controller. It would be helpful if they provided a better suitcase rack.
