We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of Hanoi. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even helped us find alternative accommodations when our next destination was flooded. The location was perfect, just a minute's walk to the lake and other attractions. The room was clean and tidy, and we appreciated the free water bottles and tea bags. Despite some minor inconveniences like street noise and a small shower head, our overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, great location, and comfortable rooms.
