Incredible Value for Money: This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. One great aspect is that the hotel is located in the heart of the old quarter, on a quiet street but still close to all the main attractions. You can easily walk to Hanoi's iconic Hoan Kim Lake in just 10 minutes. Additionally, there is a convenient mini market right next to the hotel for any last-minute purchases.

The hotel staff - amazing, helpful, friendly. Organised trips to Sapa and Halong Bay. Lovely older building, nicely renovated. Superb location, everything within walking distance. Thuy at the front desk - extremely friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, quiet room. Simple but good breakfast. Reception staff - excellent English, great recommendations.

The hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions, making it easy to explore the city. the staff were friendly and spoke excellent English, providing helpful recommendations and assistance throughout my stay. the cleanliness of the room was also impressive, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the Wi-Fi signal on the 4th floor was weak and unreliable, making it difficult to connect to the internet.

The breakfast was nice and overall the staff was pleasant. the room had a balcony with a decent view, and the location was good, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops.

The hotel needs to update their facilities. the room was not very clean and there were bugs in the bathroom.

The staff at this hotel are very helpful and friendly, going out of their way to fix any issues. The location is great, with quick access to Hoan Kiem Lake and the heart of the old quarter. The rooms are comfortable and have large windows letting in lots of natural light. The breakfast served every day is fresh, tasty, and offers a variety of options.
