We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Hoi An. The room was spacious and clean, staff were friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was superb. The hotel provided free bicycles and shuttle services, which was convenient. The pool and beds were great. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Hoian Sincerity Hotel & Spa for a week during my trip to Hoi An. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with recommendations for local food and assisting our friend with mobility issues. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the swimming pool is great for a refreshing dip. The breakfast spread is amazing, with delicious Vietnamese ice coffee and the best croissants. The staff, including Hieu, Flora, Ken, Gin, and Jasman. Thank you, Hoian Sincerity, for an amazing experience.

We loved this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and made every effort to assist us. The room was spacious and had all the modern amenities we needed. The breakfast was delicious and the waiters were attentive. The hotel also had a decent-sized pool for a refreshing dip. We took advantage of the free shuttle bus and bicycles provided, which made getting around convenient. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

Finding the hotel was a bit challenging initially.

We had a fantastic stay here - the facilities were top-notch, with a great pool and gym for when it rained. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many good restaurants and just a short bike ride or shuttle bus away from both the old town and the beautiful beach. The breakfast was huge and varied, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We loved staying at the Hoian Sincerity Hotel & Spa! The rooms were excellent and spacious. The gym and pool were fantastic, and the food and service were top-notch. The staff, especially Ms. Suong at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to take care of us. The hotel even provided free bicycles for us to explore the nearby beach and Hoi An Old Town. it was a great experience for us as bike riders.

It felt like a home away from home, with the staff always ready to assist and make our stay enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Celebrated New Year at a hotel. Got two complimentary drinks at the rooftop. Good location, close to the city center. the breakfast had a good selection of dishes.

The room smelled bad, and the air conditioning didn't work properly. the staff was not helpful when we asked to change the room.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with spacious rooms and a super comfy bed. The location was perfect, between the old town and the beach, and they even provided free bikes to explore. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay, with special thanks to Enri for making my birthday extra special.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved by covering the meats and cheese to keep flies away.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and offered refreshing watermelon juice. Our bags were taken to our spacious and spotlessly clean room, which had been upgraded to a junior suite and decorated for my partner's birthday. the bed was incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed relaxing in the room and taking baths in the rare find of a bathtub in Asia. the hotel's pool area was beautiful and well-maintained, and we also made use of the well-equipped gym. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious and varied breakfast, which had options for both Western and local cuisine. the free bicycles provided by the hotel made it easy to explore the nearby old town and beach. We can't thank the staff enough for their kindness and excellent service.
