Best aspects about my stay were the helpful and welcoming staff, always ready with a smile on their face. Laundry service was fast and efficient and the location was perfect, within easy walking distance to all the sights and attractions.

Worst aspects of my stay included the lack of privacy in the bathroom. the glass wall and drapes did not provide total privacy and might not be suitable for some guests.

Great location near old town, free bikes provided. Helpful manager for transport and motorbike hire. Spacious rooms with functioning AC. Communal space with microwave. Owners are amazing and always smiling. Recommended to book tours and airport transfers through hotel. Weak hot shower, but still highly recommended for affordable stays in Hoian. Friendly staff arranged cheap airport pick-up. Upgraded to bigger room with good aircon. YouTube on TV for research. Tea and coffee in room. 10-minute walk from quiet town area. Impressive service despite limited English. Assistance with transportation to Da Lat.

My recent stay at a villa in Hoi An was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the old town. The room was spacious and cozy, with a comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning. I also appreciated the availability of free bicycles, which made exploring the area a breeze. We had a great time staying at this hotel. It was conveniently located near the city center, allowing us to easily explore the attractions of the area. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. We also appreciated the complimentary use of bicycles, which allowed us to easily get around. it was a fantastic experience.

That the beds were a bit hard, which may not be to everyone's preference.
