The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, offering us a warm welcome and providing us with a map and recommendations on places to visit. They even went the extra mile and called the bus company to check if they could arrange a pick-up for us. The room was clean and spacious, with good-sized windows that allowed plenty of natural light to come in. The breakfast included was delicious, with a variety of fruits, toasts, and eggs to choose from. The hotel's location was convenient, close to restaurants and shops.

During our stay, there was a lot of noise from outside due to a festival happening in the area. It made it difficult to relax and sleep peacefully.

I had the most comfortable stay at Holiday Diamond! The beds were so cozy with a soft foam on top, making it the best sleep I've had in a hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us, even organizing drivers and finding rare places like a brass foundry. The breakfasts were generous and delicious, and the location was perfect, with great restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location of the hotel is great, with a "quiet-door" between the lobby and rooms, ensuring a peaceful environment. The room, although not very spacious, was warm and cozy. We loved that it was near the Huong Riverside, Public Garden, and the Western Street, where we could easily grab a beer and chat. our experience at Holiday Diamond was excellent.

We loved our stay at Holiday Diamond! The hotel's location in a quiet side street allowed us to easily walk to major places such as the Perfume River and the old Imperial City. The rooms were nice, and we were particularly impressed with the helpful and reliable staff, especially Minh and Anna. Communication before our arrival was also fabulous. We can't praise this hotel enough and will definitely stay there again in the future.

The room itself had many great features including a bathtub, shower curtain, and a full-length mirror. The location was also quiet and away from traffic noise.
