They upgraded our room twice, giving us a spacious room with large windows and minimal street noise. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Jenny also provided us with valuable travel information. On the day we left for Sapa, they even allowed us to use the shower room before our bus journey, free of charge. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
