Great New Year experience! the hotel has a wonderful and friendly atmosphere, ideal for celebrating holidays. the spacious and clean rooms offered a comfortable stay. the staff was attentive, offering a wide range of services. Even small details like providing extra blankets and pillows made our stay enjoyable. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring nearby shopping centers and restaurants.

The hotel's pictures were nicer than the actual room, which could be improved. some of the staff had limited English skills, making communication difficult at times.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel's value for money. At just $12 a night, including breakfast and free transport, it was hard to find a better deal in the area. The budget room I stayed in was actually better than expected, with all the basic amenities I needed and it looked exactly like the pictures online. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and Halong Bay. The staff were fantastic, always polite, funny, and attentive. I was particularly impressed by their knowledge of local attractions and their willingness to go out of their way to help me, like when they went to a local place to get noodle soup for me.

All was jolly good at this hotel, nothing to improve!
