The location of Mgallery was absolutely fantastic, with the lake just a stone's throw away. We enjoyed strolling around and taking in the beautiful scenery. The welcome drink and pastry upon arrival were a nice touch, making us feel instantly welcomed and appreciated as guests. The room itself was grand and spacious, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. Though there were some minor design flaws, such as the bathroom being split into multiple rooms and the bed being too high, it didn't detract too much from the overall experience. Despite a few drawbacks, we found the Mgallery to be a delightful stay and would recommend it to others.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, from booking taxis to recommending restaurants. The breakfast was excellent, with a great buffet and a la carte options. The suite we stayed in was spacious and luxurious, and the roll top bath was a lovely touch. We also enjoyed the complimentary drinks and tapas from 5-7pm, which was a perfect way to start our evenings.

They had a dank and musty smell, which was bothersome for someone with asthma like me. the rooms were also quite dark, which made it difficult to see properly.

Centrally located with a great staff that made us feel very welcomed. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a Parisian feel. Clean and classical. Buffet breakfast had great choices and quick service. I would recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better, situated close to both the old quarter for shopping and the French quarter. we had a top-rate experience and this hotel has become our favorite in Asia. We can't wait to return to Hanoi and stay here again.

The restaurant served spectacular Vietnamese cuisine, and the bar had excellent martinis and a great jazz duo. The room was cozy and the chair provided excellent lower back support. The bed was extremely comfortable, with a soft duvet, plush pillows, and a comfy mattress. The Christmas Eve dinner was delightful, with attentive staff. it was a great stay.

The room was spotless, with a quirky and cool design. The hotel also helped me book dinner reservations at amazing restaurants.
